Performs office management, secretarial, reception, training relative to secretarial procedure in support of the function of the Nursing Administration and Nurse Development departments
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in secretarial science or equivalent experience, knowledge and education required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and education tracking system
Knowledge of office systems and filing procedures
Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of proper English, spelling, grammar
Ability to greet and serve visitors in a manner conducive to positive customer relations
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
