Responsibilities

Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes

Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple business owners in the context of a SaaS delivery model

Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided support the long-term business strategies

Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities

Stay abreast with business needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of audiences

Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, etc)

Collaborate with software provider developers to implement the requirements, provide needed mentorship to testers during the QA process

Required

Over 3-5 years of experience in business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Expertise in business requirement gathering, and leading design and process workflow sessions

Good technical writing skills to document functional and technical artifacts

Solid grasp in relational databases, web applications, and cloud hosting or SaaS based solution implementation

Solid understanding of demand management, inventory planning, replenishment planning and distribution components of the supply chain process

Familiarity with a top tier supply chain planning system (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, E2Open, Logility, o9 Solutions, etc.)

Experience in small/midsize projects and team management

Partnership with 3rd party providers on delivering all aspects of project and support execution
