Responsibilities
Help design, implement, and maintain a robust Performance Quality Program
Ensure operational excellence through data-driven insights, statistical controls, and process improvements
Support operational efficiency, and developer success across App Review’s global operations
Qualification
Required
2+ years in quality program management, operations analysis, or process improvement in a customer service environment
Proven experience in building or supporting a quality program and improving performance outcomes
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action development
Preferred
Strong understanding of statistical methods, regression models, and SPC techniques
Familiarity with industry quality standards and audit practices
Experience with internal and external quality or regulatory compliance auditing
Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning fundamentals, or advanced statistical methods
Experience in technology, or supply chain industries
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
Strong communication skills with executive presence to present findings to senior leadership
Collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams and functions
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Quality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
