InternUTC Records is a new record label based in Los Angeles, CA, focused on nurturing up-and-coming artists. As a Social Media Content Intern, you will create viral content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, driving fan growth while collaborating with the executive team.

Responsibilities
Maintain a consistency quota of 2+ short-form videos per day across TikTok and IG Reels
Use your "FYP" addiction to identify rising audio trends, visual formats, and meme templates
Adapt trends and concepts to promote our artists' music
Source your own content and edit them into high-performing promotional videos/posts using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
Create visuals that match the energy of the track and adapt trends/formats that are working in other genres into our artist's lanes
Qualification
Required
Must be a current college student eligible for school credit
Proficient in short-form editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Ability to maintain a consistency quota of 2+ short-form videos per day across TikTok and IG Reels
Ability to identify rising audio trends, visual formats, and meme templates
Ability to source own content—including B-roll, movie/TV show clips, artists photos/videos, and aesthetic visuals
Ability to create visuals that match the energy of the track
Self-sufficient in sourcing clips and turning around a finished video
Preferred
Creative, trend-obsessed video editor/creator who lives on TikTok and Instagram Reels
Understanding that a 'trend' lasts 48 hours, not 4 weeks
A music discovery junkie who finds new music on TikTok before it hits the charts
