Process various forms of payment with efficiency and attention to detail
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering tailored solutions and support
Foster casual conversations with guests, enhancing their connection to our hotel and brand
Represent the hotel as the face of our Front Office team, embodying hospitality at its finest
