Start in 2026 SummerCredit One Bank is looking for an IT Asset Management Systems Analyst Intern to join the Asset Management team. This role involves lifecycle management of software and hardware assets, including procurement, asset tracking, vendor management, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Maintain a complete and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (both hardware and software) throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal
Coordinate and manage the procurement of new IT assets, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions that align with business needs
Implement and enforce a systematic process for tracking assets, including their location, status, and assignment to users
Manage and cultivate relationships with all IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all IT assets, including specifications, licenses, and maintenance history
Generate and present reports on asset utilization, costs, and compliance to inform strategic decision-making by management
Support the full lifecycle management of IT assets by analyzing asset data within ServiceNow (SN) and assisting in the development and maintenance of the Ivanti database
Key responsibilities include managing IT contracts, handling renewals, processing purchase orders (POs)
Create insightful reports and dashboards in SN and Ivanti to optimize asset utilization and inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Junior (entering junior year) or Senior (must have one semester/quarter remaining)
Majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Have a basic understanding of Service Now, Ivanti or Netsuite, MS360, IT Infrastructure and SW/HW lifecycle
Present in Las Vegas, NV, for the Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026 (10-weeks at 40 hours a week)
