Responsibilities

Assist in executing project workstreams, supporting alignment with client strategy and objectives

Help translate executive intent into practical operating models and decision systems

Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and risk identification

Gather and analyze data to support client recommendations and deliverables

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, learning to connect analysis to outcomes through clear communication

Build relationships with client stakeholders and support business development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal preparation

Required

Bachelor's degree required

1–3 years of professional experience, ideally including internships or entry-level roles in consulting, sales, or relevant private-sector environments

Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing settings and deliver results as part of a team

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Eager to learn sales fundamentals and business development in a consulting context

Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with data-driven storytelling

Comfort leveraging modern AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate analysis, improve quality, and enhance day-to-day consulting work

Ability and desire to travel up to 75%
