Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a recruitment marketing program manager to support their talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the employee referral program, overseeing paid advertising, and leading digital candidate experience projects while serving as a liaison between recruitment and the internal marketing team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all paid and non-paid recruitment advertising for entire health system

Responsible for managing and marketing employee referral program and contests

Work from home with occasional travel, candidate must live in WI, IL, or MO (St Louis)

Serves as key internal liaison between recruitment and internal marketing team

Required

5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing or employment branding experience required, preferably within healthcare environment

1 year of direct vendor management or marketing project management required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related degree is required

5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing and/or employment branding experience is required, preferably within healthcare

1 year of direct vendor management and/or marketing project management is required

Preferred

1+ years of experience with social media and campaign management experience preferred

1 year of social media management is preferred

1 year of marketing campaign management is preferred
