Responsibilities

Supporting work focused on addressing pediatric and maternal health disparities and improving outcomes across multiple populations
Assisting in the implementation and support of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screening, with a particular focus on food insecurity interventions
Program evaluation, data collection, and reporting
Cross-departmental collaboration with clinical and operational teams
Health equity research, evaluation, and presentation preparation
Community-based and hospital-driven health justice initiatives

Required

Completion of at least one year of a graduate program by the start of the internship
Current enrollment in an accredited graduate program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated capability to perform basic statistical analysis

Preferred

Current MHA, MPH, or MBA graduate candidates
Prior experience in healthcare settings or community-based organizations
Interest in or experience with health equity, population health, or health justice
