Responsibilities

Develop and maintain job architecture frameworks, including career levels, role structures, and leveling standards
Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to design roles, assess leveling, and implement organizational design strategies
Conduct workforce analyses, including spans-and-layers evaluations, and lead restructuring initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
Ensure alignment between job architecture, compensation structures, and the company’s overall talent strategy
Lead pay equity analyses, partnering with HR and Legal teams to implement remediation plans
Ensure compliance with wage laws, pay transparency regulations, and other compensation-related legal requirements
Manage audit-ready documentation, governance standards, and internal controls to mitigate risk
Oversee compensation and workforce planning functionalities within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency
Drive process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance scalability and user experience
Provide support for M& A activities, integrations, and strategic workforce projects, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives

Required

Proven experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and implementation of pay structures
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, with expertise in system configuration and process optimization
Familiarity with pay equity laws, wage compliance, and regulatory standards
Demonstrated ability to manage organizational design and workforce planning projects
Expertise in conducting spans-and-layers analyses and leading restructuring efforts
Proficiency in managing audit documentation and ensuring governance standards
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams
