Responsibilities

Developing and updating existing marketing materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and other collateral
Edit materials for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, style, and quality
Assisting in ideating effective graphics, design layouts, templates, and visuals for proposals
Maintenance of the marketing department’s database of proposal content
Ensure quality and compliance of final proposal documents

Adobe Creative SuiteProposal writing/editingAEC industry experienceProofreading skillsMS Office proficiencyBachelor’s degreeCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred
2+ years of experience marketing professional services in the AEC industry. DOT proposal experience is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Acrobat/Photoshop/Illustrator), MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or other presentation software
Strong proofreading, writing, and formatting skills
Experience writing/editing proposals
