Responsibilities

Empower clients and client-facing teams to effectively utilize our Value Add menu, deploying the right method for the business question at hand, included but not limited to: Rest of Market Sales Lift Studies, Brand Lift Studies, A/B Testing, Surveys, User interviews, Social Listening, and Shopalongs
Identify opportunities for us to grow our Value Adds with new Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies rooted in client feedback and competitive intelligence. Drive adoption of new methods through collaboration with internal partners/external vendors, training, and collateral
Own project pipeline, timelines, and budget tracking in your areas of expertise. Thought partner to Sr Manager on long term strategic planning

Qualification

Required

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of relevant Digital Media, Agency, Marketing or Retail experience
Strong Consultant – Ability to distill ambiguous or complex requests into achievable and insightful learning plans for clients. As a trusted thought partner to your peers and clients alike, you can clearly communicate the value and tradeoffs of different methods and drive alignment toward a common goal
Mixed Methods Minded – Confident leading generative and evaluative research projects independently. You excel at uncovering deep, nuanced consumer and shopper insights. You skillfully combine diverse quantitative and qualitative methods and data sources to deliver actionable insights with a clear, compelling perspective
Change Agent – Continuously seek to improve the quality of your deliverables and enhance our team operations. Embraces whitespace and designing first of its kind solutions when existing methods aren't feasible. You set ambitious goals and work collaboratively to achieve them. You are accountable, methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred

Experience with third-party research vendors (Circana, Nielsen)
Experience with incrementality testing for commerce/retail media
Experience with behavioral data (Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, or similar), implicit/observational research, or behavioral science principles
Experience using AI tools for primary research
Experience democratizing research to non-researcher users across an organization
Have been accountable for driving revenue growth
