This role involves mentoring and training employees in fabrication processes, performing quality control checks, and ensuring efficient workflow while also being a working lead on the production floor.

Responsibilities
Lead and direct a team of peers and temporary staffing with clear communication and direction
Evaluate workflows to create work standards while creating efficient and effective processes
Use various fabrication techniques to assemble the product accurately
Maintain specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and troubleshooting processes
Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
Assist with training and development of our employees and temporary workforce
Qualification
Required
a high school diploma or GED
the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
pay close attention to details on every project
have basic computer skills, including Pace and Google Suite
be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your work
complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards
apply effective time management and self-management skills
understand and maintain the confidential nature of company, employee and customer information
be able to quickly move from one project to another while dealing with stressful deadlines
be flexible to change
able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization
