They are seeking a Creative Designer II with strong 3D modeling skills to support the design and production of themed attractions and environments, focusing on high-quality creative models and collaboration with fabrication teams.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality 3D models and render outputs to communicate creative design intent

Prepare and organize 3D model files for CNC production, ensuring compatibility and accuracy for fabrication

Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure models translate effectively into built environments

Support the preparation of design packages, boards, and deliverables for client and internal presentations

Graphic design experience is a plus

Collaboration and communication with fabrication detailers to integrate structural and technology elements

Explore creative and technical solutions, maintaining consistency with the approved design direction

Learn and apply principles of storytelling, branding, and guest experience within themed environments

Contribute actively to team discussions, problem-solving sessions, and design reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in Themed Entertainment Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related field

3+ years of professional experience in drafting or 3D modeling for design or fabrication

Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Rhino, Blender, or Maya. (Revit, Inventor or AutoCAD a plus) with a strong knowledge of rendering output requirements

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for visualization and presentation

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and technical problem-solving

Portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, rendering, and design documentation

On-Site position (Sellersburg, IN)
