Responsibilities

Preparing client deliverables including: valuation reports, presentations and confidential marketing materials

Conducting industry and economic research

Developing and analyzing public comparable companies in support of various corporate finance assignments

Participating in project discussions and internal meetings

Qualification

Required

Strong interest in valuation

Actively working toward completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program majoring in finance, accounting, economics, or another relevant field of study

Completed coursework in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance or Economics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage tight timelines in a team environment

Ability to work 20 - 30 hours per week in our office

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
