Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and develop a diverse team including technicians, engineers, specialists, and the assistant manager

Foster a collaborative, safety-conscious, and motivated work environment

Lead informal and formal training sessions on system applications, troubleshooting, compliance, safety, and new designs

Make high-impact decisions regarding hiring, team assignments, and technical approaches

Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling service calls, troubleshooting, and technical support

Prepare accurate and timely control system quotes, manage production schedules, and oversee rush orders

Lead design, programming, and implementation of control systems ranging from single-drive to complex multi-drive PLC/HMI systems

Troubleshoot new and legacy industrial control systems

Develop parts lists, review processes for efficiency, and oversee production order scheduling

Maintain compliance with customer-specific requirements

Provide occasional technical support to other departments
