Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable (invoice entry, payment preparation, vendor management)
Handle Accounts Receivable (billing, payment collection, etc)
Assist with monthly closing and journal entries
Maintain accounting records and documents
Support office administration, filing, and data entry
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Handle general correspondence (email, mail, courier, etc.)
Support other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (AP/AR required)
Business-level English and Japanese (written)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Must have valid U.S. work authorization
Preferred
Experience with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics BC or similar)
