Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting cycles with a focus on customer-level sales, margins, and profitability
Prepare variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, highlighting key drivers and trends
Develop and maintain customer-level profitability models and dashboards
Analyze customer trends including sales mix, pricing changes, and contribution margins
Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to evaluate pricing actions, discounts, rebates, and customer programs
Assess the financial viability of new business opportunities, renewals, and commercial initiatives
Review customer financial performance and provide insights on risk and opportunity
Consolidate and validate data from ERP, CRM, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain customer performance reports and KPIs; present insights to senior leadership
Automate recurring reports and improve data collection and visualization processes
Provide financial support for contract negotiations to ensure alignment with profitability targets
Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects, including customer segmentation and cost-to-serve analysis
Identify and recommend process improvements across finance and commercial functions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in customer-focused FP&A or commercial finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience analyzing customer or product-level profitability and interpreting financial statements
Ability to present financial insights through clear, structured reporting and presentations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong financial modeling, data management, and analytical skills
Preferred
MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred
