Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted client relationships while serving as the main point of contact
Assess Client risks, design tailored insurance programs, and clearly explain coverage options
Manage renewals and negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms and avoid lapses in coverage
Guide clients through policy details and claims while delivering proactive solutions to their needs
Lead account workflows, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, accurate service in collaboration with the team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of account executive experience leading large commercial clients
Arizona property & casualty insurance license
driver's license
insurance license
Ability to Commute: Chandler, AZ 85224
Preferred
CIC, CPU, ARM certifications
construction, real estate, or healthcare insurance: 1 year
