Responsibilities
Support month-end close by preparing schedules and completing routine close activities
Provide day-to-day accounting support, including reconciliations, documentation, and general inquiries
Assist with inventory record maintenance, transaction tracking, and reconciliation support
Create and maintain fixed asset records, including additions, transfers, and disposals
Apply and post customer payments and collaborate with collections to resolve discrepancies
Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc accounting initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of accounting experience (internship or entry-level experience considered)
Solid understanding of US GAAP and core accounting principles
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and ability to learn ERP systems
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
