Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain frontend features using React, TypeScript, and CSS Modules within a MicroFrontEnd architecture
Contribute to a shared component library by creating reusable, accessible, and modular UI components that comply with WCAG 2.0+ standards
Build and optimize data visualizations, including charts and graphs, ensuring high performance and rendering efficiency
Drive frontend performance improvements focusing on core web vitals and efficient rendering techniques
Work with frontend infrastructure and tooling, including build pipelines and testing frameworks such as Cypress, to ensure robust and maintainable codebases
Implement event tracking and analytics instrumentation to support data-driven product decisions
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to clarify requirements, scope features, and ensure seamless integration across microservices
Participate actively in code reviews and architectural discussions to promote clean code and scalable solutions
Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and operational excellence
Advocate for software craftsmanship, demonstrating pride in delivering high-quality, impactful software solutions
(Bonus) Provide input on backend service design and integration, contributing to full-stack architectural decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with expertise in React.js and TypeScript
Proven experience working with MicroFrontEnd architectures and building reusable component libraries
Strong understanding and practical application of WCAG 2.0+ accessibility standards
Experience developing complex data visualizations (charts, graphs) and optimizing frontend performance
Solid knowledge of frontend testing frameworks, especially Cypress or equivalent
Preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with backend development in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Go
Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) principles and their application to frontend and shared domain models
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest frontend technologies and architectural trends
