Sr. Pricing Strategy Manager, LEO Global Pricing Strategy
Amazon is seeking a Sr. Pricing Strategy Manager for its Leo Global Pricing Strategy team. This role involves analyzing data to develop strategic pricing initiatives and requires strong business acumen and data analysis skills to improve competitiveness and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Design and execute pricing initiatives that align with business objectives and customer experience goals
Build and maintain analytical pricing frameworks for assessing global pricing strategies and harmonizing with regional pricing strategies
Develop and maintain pricing intelligence and pricing insights, enabling data-driven decision making by senior leaders
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement pricing solutions
Support the development and execution of testing frameworks to validate pricing features and service plan portfolio
Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Document and standardize pricing processes to ensure consistency across implementations
Monitor and report on solution effectiveness while ensuring compliance with established pricing policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
4+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science, or Doctorate/PhD or equivalent
3+ years of work experience in analytical roles such as Pricing, Program Management, Product Management, Consulting or similar
Preferred
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
