Responsibilities

The Sr. Instructor will become familiar, and maintain that familiarity, with a dynamic customer curriculum

Qualified candidates are skilled at developing subject matter expertise, communicating with diverse groups, creating tailored learning content, providing mentoring which clearly conveys analytic expertise to students, and delivering effective instruction

The successful candidate will assist the program teams with project integration support, potentially developing new course content, delivering training, facilitating multi-day exercises, mentoring students, and/or providing feedback and improvement suggestions to customer management

Using their own expertise with analytic product development and in alignment with the curriculum teaching points, the Sr. Instructor may also review student products and provide positive and constructive feedback to the students, they may be asked to role play during exercises, to lead an instructional module, to help coordinate and run an exercise, and/or they may be asked to help build or revise curriculum

Using their experience with AI/ML, they will be expected to collaborate with data scientists, designers, and developers to successfully build, deploy, and maintain AI tools and automation for both improvements in workflow and for learning interventions

They will be expected to work collaboratively with teaching teams, other reviewers, and the overall program team to help meet our customers’ missions

Required

Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered

A bachelor's degree and at least 12+ years of direct knowledge of and substantial experience with applied analysis techniques

At least 10+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or manager of analysts, including direct experience in providing substantive review of and feedback on products and presentations to analysts

At least 10+ years of experience with the analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures, and new approaches to analysis used across multiple sectors

Experience supporting analysis at multiple federal agencies

Demonstrated knowledge of, and at least three (3) years of, direct substantial experience in delivering and applying custom curriculum, utilizing instructional techniques, and utilizing student assessment and course evaluation methods for feedback and improvement

Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course and training facilitation and delivery

Ability to provide constructive feedback on applied skills against established standards and guidelines

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience providing project integration support, including identifying, scheduling, prioritizing, and communicating tasks; coordinating team efforts; identifying and assigning resources to tasks; and keeping stakeholders updated

Possess an interest in learning new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance and improve training delivery and quality

Demonstrated experience developing, utilizing, maintaining, and evaluating AI/ML tools and solutions

Preferred

Twenty (20) or more years of experience with analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures, and new approaches to analysis used across multiple sectors

Instructor certification or equivalent (such as CPLP or other certification)

Experience with strategic planning, gaming/testing, and implementing strategic objectives

Master's Degree or higher
