Responsibilities

Maintain Database of procedural documents and job responsibilities for department
Review functional and design specifications to ensure KPIs are met
Partner with internal teams to identify potential control gaps and work toward creating efficiencies within a robust governance framework
Support internal and external Audit inquiries
Maintain documentation of Controls monitoring

Audit/Compliance knowledgeBanking/Finance knowledgeAnalytical skillsMicrosoft applications proficiencyIndependent learning abilityProblem-solving skills

Required

Desired knowledge of Audit/Compliance
Robust analytical skills required
Proven ability to operate in the finance/corporate environment through work experience
Demonstrated skills in solving complex issues
Ability to learn and obtain knowledge independently
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Preferred knowledge of Banking/Finance
2-3 years in Audit/Compliance role
0-2 years in Finance/Banking
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience
