Responsibilities
Manage client work requests from start to finish, ensuring requests are completed within the specified timeframe and quality standards
Coordinate scheduling of service requests execution
Communicate receipt of new work requests and provide status updates to assigned client accounts via email and phone
Address work request issues as they arise, escalating to internal management as necessary
Collaborate with and schedule third party vendors as necessary to procure materials, supplies, and services as necessary
Using CMMS software (Facil-IT), create estimates and proposals for scope of work
Negotiate rates with clients, within Company-defined guidelines
Create, send, and follow-up on invoices to clients
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED certificate required
3 or more years of related experience in the construction industry
Strong client service background to provide the highest level of service to our clients
Experience in negotiation and management of third-party vendors
Competency in reading and understanding drawings
Knowledge of construction practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent decision-making skills
Ability to work independently within established procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Facilities Management, or related field preferred but not required
Facil-IT experience preferred
