Responsibilities
The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications
The design, documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems; or
A combination of the aforementioned duties, the performance of which requires the same level of skills
Identifies, assesses and manages risks for the success of the program
Prepares and maintains program level summary view of workstream and project plans and tracks key milestones and deliverables against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports as appropriate
Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and initiates corrective actions where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensures that deliverables are implemented within these criteria
Manages the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the program scope from key stakeholders
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the program to ensure continuous value delivery and alignment with business objectives
Define realistic goals and objectives with individual project managers and other stakeholders
Provide leadership by building and motivating teams to meet their project goals by adhering to their responsibilities and reaching their milestones
Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
Qualification
Required
Google cloud migration experience
Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP/PgMP, PRINCE2) Or Agile (SAFe/Scrum)/ Lean Six Sigma Certifications
Hand on experience in Project management tools
Stakeholder Management
Project reporting and governing the scope, cost, schedules and resources
10-18 Years in IT Project Management space
Preferred
Experience in MS Project, Service Now ITBM, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
Understanding & application of Agile/ Lean/ 6s principles
MBA Min Qualification Graduation
