Responsibilities
Direct supervision of up to 25 regional supply chain staff. Provides feedback on individual performance expectations; mentors, and develops employees
Respond to customer needs, resolving conflicts, and educating employees on customer service. Effectively and continually communicates with the staff, management, and customers to facilitate the flow of information
Manage storeroom inventories and oversee Pyxis clinical area inventory
Monitor the quality, cost, and quantity of product to meet business and customer needs
Qualification
Required
3 years' experience in supply and inventory management related position, preferably in acute health care environment
Experience managing point of use inventory management systems
Ability to interact and problem solve with clinical staff on Supply Chain related issues
Prior experience in utilizing and maintaining accuracy of computer supply and inventory management systems
Preferred
Associates Degree preferred
Experience With PeopleSoft Strongly Preferred
