Responsibilities
Originate residential mortgage loans across a broad product set

Work with agent partners who are structured to actively support your pipeline
Focus more time on closing loans and less time prospecting
Recruit and mentor Realtors and Loan Officers who want to participate in the platform
Earn override income tied to funded loans within your downline
Operate with the support of a stable, well-capitalized mortgage organization
Qualification
Required
Currently licensed Loan Officer or eligible to transfer license
Experience working with Realtor referral partners
Comfortable explaining value and building professional partnerships
Interested in long-term leverage, not just short-term commissions
Open to a different approach to growing a loan book
Professional, ethical, and compliance-minded
Preferred
