Sales Team Leader
Top Tier Events is seeking a Sales Team Leader to interact with new and existing clients, primarily focusing on identifying their needs and building relationships to increase sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities
Document all client account updates in our CRM promptly
Speak to as many customers as possible on a daily basis to drive field sales
Provide exceptional customer service
Multitask and tackle projects in order of priority
Communicate relevant information proactively to the correct team members
Work cooperatively with operations personnel to improve our service and resolve any client issues
Onboard new accounts ensuring customer’s needs are met
Implement and support current promotions
Partner with the Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy
Qualification
Required
Able to effectively process sales transactions
Driven to meet key quality standards
At least one year of successful business development or sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in providing exceptional client support
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a successful track record of meeting goals
Able to swiftly meet customers needs by maintain an up to date working knowledge
Ability to work in field independently with little to no supervision
Flexible scheduling availability
Preferred
Great communication skills and an outgoing demeanor
A flair for helping people find a perfect match
Must be reliable, consistent and driven
Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Must be able to commute to our offices in Saint Louis, MO
