Responsibilities

Processes benefits enrollment and qualified status changes for employees and retirees while maintaining online benefits eligibility and coverage records
Informs employees regarding benefit eligibility and coverage
Transmits or arranges for correct benefit claim checks to employees
Facilitates new hire orientation on a regular basis to explain benefit coverage and enrollment procedures
Performs all other duties as assigned

Required

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and HR systems

Ability to maintain strict protocols of all confidential or sensitive information
High School Diploma/GED is required
Three to five years of experience is required
