The role involves executing in vitro and in vivo biological experiments to develop cell-based and animal models for testing experimental therapeutics and conducting mechanistic biology studies.

Responsibilities

The individual will be responsible for the execution of in vitro and in vivo biological experiments necessary to develop cell-based and animal models for testing of experimental therapeutics and for mechanistic biology studies
The candidate will also perform relevant data analysis and interpretation, collate data for presentations or reporting, and present data at group meetings
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete laboratory records

Required

minimum of a Bachelors degree + 2 + years experience or Masters 0-2 year
must have in vivo experience
must have in vitro experience
Strong in vitro and in vivo technical expertise is required
In vitro technical expertise including, but not limited to: Tissue culture, transfections, Western blotting and ELISA, Molecular biology techniques
In vivo technical expertise including, but not limited to: Mouse handling, injections (IP, SC, IV), blood and tissues collection
The candidate will also perform relevant data analysis and interpretation, collate data for presentations or reporting, and present data at group meetings
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete laboratory records
