InternBlueprint is a boutique commercial real estate firm focused on healthcare real estate brokerage. They are seeking a motivated undergraduate to join as an Analyst Intern, where the intern will support various deal-related projects and gain experience in commercial real estate and market research methodologies.

Responsibilities
Attend intern onboarding and training sessions to learn about the healthcare real estate niche within commercial real estate
Assist in the development of deliverables and internal data resources (e.g. market research)
Research and populate databases used in the evaluation of healthcare investment opportunities
Analyze market research to support analysis production
Assist in the creation of underwriting model or offering memorandums used in our marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
Located in the Chicago area for the summer
Sophomore or Junior Undergraduate
Minimum 3.2 GPA
Able to commit 40 hours each week during the summer
Organized and strong attention to detail
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Positive attitude and a team player
Preferred
Business-focused classroom experience – real estate, finance, economics
General knowledge and interest in the seniors housing and care industry
Classroom or prior job experience creating and leading presentations
