Responsibilities
Enforce all safety policies and administer discipline when required
Drive throughput efficiency using tools such as Funnel Cloud and production reports
Plan and monitor production flow using order reports, efficiency screens, and material pull sheets
Oversee and complete training requirements for new employees within defined timelines
Monitor quality using control plans, setup sheets, and layered process audits
Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience supervising or directing production teams in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of safety systems, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
Ability to use basic computer systems for reporting, scheduling, and efficiency tracking
Proven ability to manage attendance, discipline, and on-the-job training
