Estate Planning & Corporate Attorney
Gpac is paired with a local law firm seeking an experienced corporate/transactional attorney. The role involves managing an existing client base for corporate and transactional needs, drafting estate planning documents, and providing legal counsel while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage and service a robust existing client base for ongoing corporate and transactional needs
Draft, review, and execute complex estate planning documents and strategies
Provide sound legal counsel and build strong, long-term relationships with firm clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate, transactional, and estate planning law
Demonstrated ability to manage a significant caseload with high autonomy
Genuine collaborative personality and deep buy-in to the firm's supportive culture
Commitment to an In-Office, Active Environment in Iowa (this is not a hybrid or remote position)
Preferred
Tax and Probate experience is a plus
