Responsibilities

Support the transition to a cloud-based environment, including design and implementation support

Collaborate with stakeholders to support portal implementation and define the requirements needed for a successful transition

Co-lead development of an workshops to ensure the product continues to serve stakeholders and to identify new opportunities and challenges

Identify opportunities and help develop case studies, workflows, and tutorials demonstrating use of the product across disaster-related decision-making (e.g., risk reduction, response, recovery, resilience, and other topics as identified)

Support program deliverables, including contributions to the annual report, annual program documents, stakeholder needs workshop outputs, and other materials as identified

Required

Degree in GIS, geospatial science, Earth science, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated experience supporting geospatial/GIS-focused applications or decision support capabilities

Experience coordinating across teams to support requirements definition, implementation planning, and stakeholder-facing product improvement

Strong written and verbal communication skills to support documentation, workshops, and program reporting

Portions of this work require staff to hold an active TS/SCI security clearance, as the contractor will be expected to attend meetings where classified work is discussed with U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence community partners
