The QA Intern will support various departments by performing assigned project work, executing manual testing, and identifying areas of improvement from a QA perspective.

Responsibilities
General Intern Duties
Perform assigned project work
Observe and interact with various professionals
Attending staff and departmental meetings on an ongoing basis
Complete, update, and distribute communications of various types
Solicitate feedback from multiple project participants and following direction
Assist with department responsibilities
Identify areas of improvement from QA perspective and follow-up with solutions
Execute manual testing
Run the tests in the Dev and QA environments and file issues in Jira, a defect tracking tool
Work closely with Enterprise Solutions Team to ensure timely delivery of the project
Other assignments as needed and assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program applicable to Information Technology, CIS, or Computer Science
Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
General knowledge of application development, QA process (Playwright automation is a plus)
Hybrid work schedule – 4 days in the Kennesaw, GA office, 1 day remote
