Maintain the bank's Learning Management System
Support facilitator during in-person or virtual sessions, marketing courses, monitor registrations, driving course completion
Design and review learning materials to support Learning and Development department initiatives
Create and maintain engagement reports, and audit and streamline training administration
Qualification
Required
Eager to learn about the company and the banking industry
Ability to assist various departments
Ability to conduct research and capture data
Willingness to attend meetings
Ability to maintain the bank's Learning Management System
Support facilitator during in-person or virtual sessions
Marketing courses and monitoring registrations
Driving course completion
Design and review learning materials
Create and maintain engagement reports

Full-time availability (40 hours or more weekly)
Willingness to travel to branches, corporate offices, and community events
