Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls

Open/close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day

Input visitors into building security system and greet guests in a friendly manner

Maintain conference rooms, book meetings, and assist with set up of A/V equipment and video conferences

Assist with onboarding/offboarding procedures

Serve as a backup for booking travel arrangements and process expense reports

Required

1+ years of experience in a corporate office environment or strong hospitality experience
