Support Equities trading platforms in a fast-paced, trader-facing environment
Work directly with traders, quants, and risk teams
Develop trading platforms such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Stock Loan systems, and Market Data systems
Utilize strong server-side Java skills with messaging, time-series data, and pricing strategies
Engage in approximately 20% front-end work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js
Communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks while taking ownership of projects
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on Java development
Strong experience in Equities: Stock Lending, Collateral, Margins, Securities Lending
Experience with trading workflows & FIX protocol
Experience developing trading platforms, such as: Order Management Systems (OMS), Stock Loan systems, Market Data systems
Strong server-side Java skills with: Messaging, Time-series data, Pricing strategies
JavaScript (≈20% front-end work): HTML / CSS / JavaScript, Vue.js is a plus
Experience working directly on trading desks with traders and business users
Strong communication, ownership, and multitasking skills
Bachelor's degree required (strong financial industry experience also valued)

Python
Pricing strategies, volatility models, and P&L calculations
Quod (OMS) experience
Murex exposure
Strong quantitative or financial engineering background
