Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets using project portfolio management tools
Oversee technical teams responsible for system architecture and SaaS integrations
Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and resources
Prepare and deliver clear communications and presentations for executives and stakeholders
Provide accurate project status reporting and ensure adherence to project management methodologies
Develop and maintain key project documentation, including charters, communication plans, risk logs, and closeout summaries
Facilitate formal change management processes and ensure compliance with governance standards
Coordinate vendor deliverables and inter-agency communications in a multi-vendor environment
Support security-related initiatives, including System Security Plans (SSP) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M)

Required

7+ years of IT project management experience with proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
5+ years experience using project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity)
Strong background in managing technical teams and system integrations across SaaS solutions
Experience in multi-vendor environments, preferably within government settings
Expertise in System Security Plans (SSP) and POA&M
Scrum Master Certification required
Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

PMP Certification highly preferred
