Salesforce Technical BA (Service Cloud)
Myridius is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with architects and developers on solution design, integrations, and data models
Support Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI/telephony, and Service Console
Participate in testing, UAT, deployment support, and post-go-live stabilization
Qualification
Required
6–10+ Years of experience
5 years Salesforce Service Cloud experience required
Hands-on experience as a Technical or Techno-Functional Business Analyst on Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities and contact center processes
Experience working with integrations, data flows, and Salesforce configuration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
