Financial Administrative Assistant
LHH is a small, mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Finance Assistant to support their finance and operations teams. This role involves managing daily operations, including financial processing, vendor coordination, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking
Support payroll preparation and employee reimbursements
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with budget tracking and reporting
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory as needed
Support office operations and supply ordering
Assist with scheduling and logistics related to programs or events
Maintain files, databases, and financial documentation
Support compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative, finance, or operations experience
Working knowledge of basic accounting processes (AP, AR, invoicing, payroll)
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently in a small-office environment
Preferred
Non-profit or grant-funded organization experience strongly preferred
