Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and clearly understand priorities across workstreams
Provide strong cross-functional collaboration across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Translate technical terminology (AI, cloud, architecture, security constraints) into clear business language
Apply project metrics to track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Ensure alignment with change management practices and organizational readiness
Oversee and manage security constraints and compliance considerations within AI and cloud projects
Support vendor coordination and ensure expectations are clearly defined and met

Required

8–10 years of overall Project Management experience
5+ years of experience in relevant technology/AI/data space
Proven experience managing Call Center AI projects (CCAI / Customer AI)
Strong hands-on experience with Project Metrics and PM tools
Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture and AI implementations
Technical degree (Bachelor's required; Master's strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of technical terminology with the ability to convert it into business context
Experience driving Change Management initiatives
Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-evolving technical environments

Preferred

Customer-facing Project Management experience
Exposure to Google Cloud and Genesis platforms
Prior experience working on AI projects directly impacting customer interactions
