Responsibilities

Responsible for working with existing clients on modifications needed throughout the term of the loan
Identify the request and provide solutions to the client that are allowed within the loan program guidelines
Use their analytical skills to review financial statements, work with different departments within the organization to ensure borrowers remain in compliance with policies, document the changes, and provide a written summary to Senior Management with their recommendations

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidates must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Commercial underwriting experience required
Final candidate must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background, criminal and credit check, and drug testing
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not provide sponsorships for those who require a sponsorship in order to work in the U.S

Preferred

SBA loan experience preferred
Prior banking experience desired
