Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Experience: 5 or more years of progressive experience in contract review and administration, preferably within finance
Skills: Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex contract language, especially financial and commercial terms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
Experience in financial modeling and basic accounting principles related to contracts (e.g., revenue recognition)
Rightsline and Alliant knowledge preferred
