Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis at the departmental and general ledger level
Own variance analysis and clearly communicate drivers, trends, and root causes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Analyze high-volume invoicing activity, including contracts, credit memos, and project billing
Own inventory analysis, ensuring accuracy and accountability
Partner closely with accounting to ensure operational activity is accurately reflected in financial results
Build, maintain, and enhance Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards for leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong background in FP&A or analytical finance
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to independently investigate and explain variances
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling)
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment, including periods of system or process change
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly
