Responsibilities
Manage and optimize processes for monitoring, assessing, and implementing regulatory and standards updates through effective change management and change control
Lead cross-functional efforts to remediate current and emerging regulatory impacts on quality systems
Drive updates to policies, procedures, and systems to ensure ongoing compliance with market and quality requirements
Define project scope and develop detailed project plans to meet quality and compliance deliverables
Manage cross-functional timelines and ensure timely completion of project tasks
Identify project risks and issues and communicate status and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders
Address resource constraints through data-driven proposals to mitigate compliance and business risk
Provide clear and consistent written and verbal communication to stakeholders on scope, timelines, and key project updates
Lead and support global projects in alignment with established project governance standards
Integrate quality initiatives based on compliance risk, resource availability, and business priorities
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience in a regulated food or nutrition manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of food Good Manufacturing Practice and nutritional regulations
Experience working within quality systems and manufacturing controls
Experience leading projects in cross-functional environments
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate meetings
Demonstrated stakeholder management capability
Experience collaborating with international teams and partners
Preferred
Master's degree
Project Management Professional certification
Experience with ingredient, process, or formulation concepts in nutritional or infant products
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
