Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# .NET and ASP.NET backend applications , including services built on .NET 8
Build, secure, and optimize RESTful APIs following modern coding standards and best practices
Develop and maintain data access layers using Entity Framework, Dapper , and advanced SQL Server / T-SQL
Consume and integrate Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs for enterprise data and content access
Architect, deploy, and support solutions using Azure PaaS services , including:
Azure Web Apps
Azure Function Apps
Azure Storage (Blob, Table, Queue)
Implement authentication and authorization using Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams to support CI/CD pipelines , testing, and production readiness
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with security standards, documentation requirements, and enterprise best practices
Qualification
Required
12+ years of hands-on professional experience in C# .NET and ASP.NET development
Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8 and modern C# coding standards
Proven expertise in REST API design and development
Deep experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper)
Hands-on experience consuming Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint APIs (integration only)
Strong experience with Azure cloud services, especially Azure Web Apps, Functions, and Storage
Solid understanding of Azure Entra ID and identity/access management
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be eligible for Public Trust / Secret Clearance
