PRL Insurance is a fast-paced and growing independent insurance agency that has been in business for over 50 years. They are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to clients and manage inside sales for personal and commercial lines accounts.

Responsibilities

Must be proficient in use of computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general agency management in our "paperless" insurance agency office

Proficiency in typing and spelling is a must

Must have a phone voice and be well spoken, both, verbally and in writing to service our insurance agency clients

Must be a team player

Must enjoy multi-tasking including service and inside sales of personal and/or commercial lines accounts

Account rounding and inside sales from incoming referral insurance calls are a daily occurrence as we receive many sales opportunities and will increase your overall compensation as we pay part of first term commission if you are responsible for new business in the agency

Must be proficient in explaining coverage and educating each client and prospect as you give them our A plus service

Must possess excellent written communication skills including spelling and grammar
