Responsibilities
Completing complex analysis tasks to drive business decisions
Designing and building customer models and neural networks
Creating AI powered tools for internal and external use
Working on large projects requiring independent research, problem solving, and decision making
Meet, discuss, and work with people from across the company to coordinate, share expertise, and refine plans
Leverage LLMs to accelerate work and build custom tools to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
2+ Years of experience
Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Statistics, etc.)
Strong quantitative reasoning
Experience with foundational software engineering technologies such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker
Strong Python experience
Experience with vibe coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
Experience working with the Machine Learning toolkit Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, Openai and Claude agents
Experience with SQL
Strong communication skills for coordinating work across departments
